Scotch whisky has long used ex-sherry casks in the maturation giving a unique taste and colour to the spirit.
Marcin Schilling from Gonzalez Byass will compare 4 sherries with 4 malt whiskies from different sherry casks. It is sure to be both informative and delicious!

Tio Pepe (Fino), Alfonso (Dry Oloroso), Solera 1847 (Sweet Oloroso) and Nectar (Pedro Ximenez).
