One of our most requested tastings has been to do another session with the great Marcin Schilling of Gonzalez Byass to enjoy more of his infinite knowledge of all this Sherry.
The tasting will consist of two whiskies from NOMAD, a range that is distilled in Scotland or elsewhere and then matured in Jerez in Sherry casks (naturally!); as well as four fantastic sherries from Gonzalez Byass to sample along side.

This tasting will be held in the Mash.
