Description
Lancaster Spirits co. were created by the same family behind Lancaster Brewery and have taken their knowledge and expertise in brewing that one step further in building their own distillery to create whisky.
The wash is created using Flagon Winter Barley, usually found in ale production and is combined with their Live Lancastrian Brewers Yeast and fermented for up to 144 hours to produce an extremely fruity ester new-make.
Cask to be filled in the next 4-6 weeks (November 2025) with opportunity to fill it ourselves!
We will also be doing an SWC on Tour at the distillery this year too to see their whisky production up close in November so watch this space.
