Description
This single malt was created with a 50:50 split of peated and unpeated barley and was aged in 65% Bourbon casks and 35% Serry casks.
Tasting notes:
Nose: Orchard fruits, lemon zest, sea breeze, milk chocolate and malt kilns.
Palate: Lemon oils, salt taffy, glacé fruit, mint leaf and garden bonfire.
