Membership FAQs
What happens after I order membership?
Once we process your membership order, we’ll send you a welcome email containing your discount coupon code. We’ll need a few more details from you to activate your membership – your order number, phone number (if you want to be added to the club WhatsApp) and Facebook account name and email address (to ensure your request to join the members only Facebook group is accepted).
I added membership to a larger order. Why don’t I get a 10% discount?
Your membership needs to be processed before its activated. Once activated, we’ll send you a coupon code that you can enter in future orders. Please order membership separately and place the rest of the order once you have the coupon code to get the discount.
How do I join the club members only social media groups?
You’ll find a link in your order confirmation and welcome emails to a Google Form where you can provide your phone number, Facebook account email and name. Once you’ve entered these, we’ll add you to the groups. You will need to send a request to join the Facebook group yourself as we can’t add you.
